If the oil companies charged the "Fair Price" - the price the oil companies previously charged for Gasoline at the pump - Gasoline would be at least 16% less than it presently is.

The comparison of prices between the price of a barrel of oil and the Gasoline pump price revels that the price of a gallon of Gasoline should NOT reach $4 until a barrel of oil is $145. We believe that with the price of a gallon of Gasoline projected to approach or be over $4 it is imperative that the American people know whether they are being charged a Fair Price or are being riped-off at the pump.

There is nothing that can be bought, sold, made or produced that the price of Gasoline and Diesel does not directly effect. Since the economic stability of the United States is directly contingent on the price of Gasoline and Diesel we believe that President Obama and/or Congress should immediately appoint a Commission(s) to report in 30 days or less on whether the prices of Gasoline and Diesel paid at the pump are Fair Prices.
