United States Senators and Members of the House of Representatives can and do LEGALLY use Insider Trading. Even worse they LEGALLY can pass this Insider Trading Information on to family, friends, campaign supporters and contributors. Insider Trading by Members of Congress is Unconstitutional. The 14th Amendment of the Constitution mandates "due process of law" and "equal protection of the laws." Therefore, it is not Constitutional for one segment of the population to legally engage in Insider Trading while Insider Trading is a Criminal Act if conducted by the rest of the population.

We believe that this practice of legal Insider Trading for United States Senators and Members of the House of Representatives is immoral, unethical and frankly un-American. Anyone else who engages in Insider Trading would be breaking the law and could go to prison.

Listed below are the Congressional Candidates that agree to the following statement:

"We Pledge, that if elected to Congress, we will NOT engage in Insider Trading, We further strongly recommend that ALL Congressional Candidates and present Members of the House of Representatives take this Pledge."

"Should Congress NOT pass a law to Stop Insider Trading by United States Senators and Members of the House of Representatives, then we support a National Advisory Referendum on this issue."
