Petition to Bring Back 1.6
Million Jobs to the United
States Within Four Months

(These Congressional Candidates were Republican or Democratic Candidates for 2008 and are probable Congressional Candidates for 2010.) (United States Senate Candidates and Congressional Candidates with a () next to their name are 2010 Candidates, but did not run in 2008) These Candidates support the following:

(1) "We are requesting that President Obama issue an Executive Order and/or Congress pass Legislation:"

(a) "That ALL 1.6 Million outsourced call center jobs be brought back HOME to America within four months."

(b) "That one-half of the outsourced call center jobs brought back HOME to America, (800,000 jobs), could be placed in Towns and Cities where unemployment is 10% or higher and/or Towns and Cities that have had a reduction in population. These jobs will be divided in proportion to the population of these Towns and Cities. American Companies that comply with these totally voluntary conditions will be given a Tax Credit by the Federal Government."

(c) "That within thirty days ALL American Companies that have outsourced call center jobs to other Countries, and the 35 State Agencies that have done likewise, report that number to the United States Department of Labor."

(d) "That a tax credit be given by the Federal Government to American Companies, and an increase in Federal monies be given to 35 State Agencies, for ALL call center jobs brought back HOME to the United States."

(2) "Should President Obama not issue an Executive Order and Congress not pass Legislation covering the points contained in number one of this petition above, then we are requesting that Congress pass Legislation to place on the National Ballot, 90 days from the passage of the Legislation, a National Advisory Referendum Question stating:"

(a) "Should ALL 1.6 Million outsourced call center jobs be brought back HOME to America within four months?"

(b) "Should one-half of the outsourced call center jobs that are brought back HOME to America, (800,000 jobs), be placed in Towns and Cities where unemployment is 10% or higher and/or Towns and Cities that have had a reduction in population. (These jobs would be divided in proportion to the population of these Towns and Cities. American Companies that comply with these totally voluntary conditions will be given a Tax Credit by the Federal Government)?"
