that either the Government release ALL information on UFO's or hold a National
Referendum (National Vote) on the issue. The National Referendum Question
stated below is a rewording of former President Jimmy Carter's 1976 campaign
promise in which he stated: "If I become President, I'll make every piece
of information this country has about UFO siqhtings available to the public,
and the scientists." We believe it is time for former President Jimmy Carter's
commitment to be kept.
