WELFARE

Limit welfare to two years
Restrict funds to teen-age mothers and welfare mothers who have additional children
Stop funding illegal aliens with social security and Medicare

If elected I vow to do my best, within the scope of my authority; to fight bigotry and discrimination against ethnic groups; To hire qualified Americans to fill positions;
To execute the responsibilities of the office with integrity and diligence, and to uphold all of the laws, codes, and standards that govern my performance;
and to craft programs designed to break the cycle of poverty and Government dependence and uplift the less fortunate.
